- What counts as a project?
- A project is a single translation surface — for example, a marketing site, a product UI, or a set of legal documents. Each project has one source locale and any number of target locales.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans pro-rate when you upgrade mid-cycle.
- Do external translators count as members?
- No. Translators you invite via a share link work without an Alynment account and never count against your member limit.
- Do you offer non-profit or charity pricing?
- Yes. Registered charities and NGOs get 40% off Team and Business plans. Email us with your registration number.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your projects stay accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, and you can export all source content, translations, and audit history at any time.
- Is there an on-premises or self-hosted option?
- Self-hosted deployments are available on Enterprise. Contact sales to scope an installation.
